What this step is proving

1. Can Mobile Advisor book fast?

Enter customer, address, town, estimated on-site time, preferred day, assigned mobile tech, and payment confirmation.

2. Can payment be confirmed before booking?

The booking button is blocked unless the call-out payment is marked confirmed.

3. Can reminders be tracked?

The app creates reminder checkpoints for booking confirmation, 7 days before, 2 days before, morning-of, and tech en-route ETA.

Payment gate

Mobile call cannot be booked until call-out payment is confirmed. This keeps the store from dispatching unpaid mobile calls.

Address-based drive estimate

As the advisor enters/selects an address, DriveOps estimates one-way and round-trip drive time, then checks the tech’s configured tech day.

Nearby-call heads up

If another appointment is within about 10 km of the address, DriveOps tells the advisor the tech may be able to handle both calls while heading that direction.

Reminder checkpoints

Booking confirmation, 7 days before, 2 days before, morning-of, and tech en-route ETA are created for each appointment.

Tech ETA

When tech taps En Route, the app creates a customer message with estimated arrival time based on route estimate.
